[Quark is silent. He knows what Frisk is saying. He knows. It makes his heart feel like it's swelling with how much it hurts to think about.]

[His voice comes out quiet--more quiet than it should considering the almost accusing way in which it comes out. He doesn't mean it to sound that way. It...it's just so hard to do this.]

[They cut themselves off quickly with a swallow. 'I'm not used to people remembering when I die' is what they meant to say. But they don't want Quark to know about that. Least of all right now. It wouldn't help anything at the best of times. It really won't help now.
